About the Role

Positioned within Service Stream’s Operations and Maintenance Business Unit, the National Workflow & Process Delivery Manager role will support the administrative execution of current and future within the Operations and Maintenance Business unit. Develop, Maintain, and identify enhancements from a system and process perspective to drive contractual and business unit deliverables, enhance performance and success of the Service Stream Operations and Maintenance business unit and improve the internal staff, external workforce, client, and End User experience.

Demonstrating a strategic approach to all deliverables, your ability to collaborate, analyse, problem solve, risk mitigate, persevere, and provide solutions focused outcomes within a demanding agile environment within budget and on time is crucial. A commitment to essential ongoing delivery areas.

Compliance with environmental, safety, quality and client service programs and systems and

Utilise the client provided forecast to develop headcount models that are updated monthly to accurately resource the work management centres within your remit.

Continual process and system improvement

Driving and delivering outcomes in line with contractual requirements

Deliver within the financial forecast and budget.

About the Role

Reporting Line: Program Delivery Manager

Overall responsibility to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all Ticket of Work (TOW) received from the client within the O&M business unit.
- Ensure OHSE KPI requirments are met, and all works completed with Safety as a key objective.
- Adhere to legislative guidelines including HSEQ regulations and other relevant industry legislation.
- Ensure WO's are completed as per Contractual requirements.
- Utilising the client volume forecast, develop a headcount model to accurately resource.
- Drive the recruitment of the required resources to complete the dispatch and management of all WO associated with the volume forecast. This includes Internal centralised or regional admin and supervision requirements.
- Liase with Centralised or Regional leads, to manage contractual KPI/SLA requirements.
- Stakeholder management.
- Client relationship management.
- Identify, develop and implement national-based reporting.
- Participate and assist the Program Delivery Manager to implement a scalable strategy and high-level processes to deliver an ongoing solution to manage the business unit's performance.
- Participate and assist the Program Delivery Manager to implement an effective communications strategy of all reporting measures to ensure all key stakeholders have clear visibility of all critical measures/metrics, including future views and targets set by the client.
- Participate and assist the Program Delivery Manager to implement a governance framework for the delivery of the division's deliverables for overall program delivery performance
- Proactively identify and report on each region's performance forecast v's actual and make recommendations/strategies and solutions to maintain positive outcomes
- Proactively identify issues with meeting internal and external KPI and SLA and make recommendations/strategies.
- Communication and escalation of problems quickly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Participate in National Governance meetings to present progress of all key measures and update on initiatives O&M.
- Conducting business to the highest standard and in line with the Service Stream Core Values.

About You
- Have 7+ years driving a high performing, fast-paced workforce, or project team.
- Have 3+ years National Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement for a fast-paced operational workforce.
- Demonstrated experience in forecast and resource modelling.
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI reporting to monitor outcomes and performance.
- Demonstrated experience in working with various regulatory authorities.
- Experience gained on large complex construction, industrial, technical, or commercial projects.Qualifications required
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline preferred and or demonstrable experience.
- Advance skills in using Power BI, MS Word, Excel and other operational systems.
- Advance written and verbal skills
