We’re on the lookout for an experienced Enrolments Administrator in Early Education who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family

The Enrolments Administrator will work closely with the Enrolments and Senior Operations and Developments team to understand needs of the Operating Centres and their capacities for enrolments. The role is office based in our Support Office on the Gold Coast, hours of work will be 9am-5pm - Monday to Friday.

As an Enrolments Administrator, you will be at the heart of our Enrolments and Occupancy for all Operating Centres, nurturing families from initial enquiry through to enrolment at one of our centres.

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Ensuring all operating centre waitlists are being contacted every 6 weeks and data is updated to ensure accurate data
- Liaising with Centre Managers and assisting with filling all vacancies in operating centres and have a quick reference with who requires enrolment so we can fill as soon as we have a child exit.
- Assisting with managing all operating centre waiting lists and sending a stream of communications to keep lead interested in centre.
- Assisting centres where necessary with next year re-enrolment process where necessary primarily newly operating centres.
- Assisting with managing new enrolments and sending enrolment offers as needed for operating centres
- Phoning all new enquiries and liaising with parent and centre manager to book initial tour for operating centres
- Phoning to follow up post tour to confirm waiting list position or offer enrolment where possible.
- Assisting with Kidsoft related tasks pertaining to fees, debt management, bookings, documents, Child Care Subsidy
- Manage tasks set to directors/enrolments team in Lineleader
- Assist where necessary with managing each centres profile of information on Lineleader
- Assist where necessary with managing communication settings in Lineleader and set business rules for flow of communication where necessary
- Contact competitors for competitor analysis as requested
- Assisting with additional ad-hoc tasks as necessary

**_A little about you:_**
You’re an experienced Enrolments Administrator who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style and you also have a passion for high service and delivering an excellent family experience. Work closely with Centre Managers to understand requirements across their service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
- Communicating effectively with people at all levels both internal and external of the company
- Ensuring all liaison with staff and external agencies is sensitively handled and respected
- Ensuring relevant company records are maintained accurately and up to date
- Ability to prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, newsletters and notes
- Highly developed telephone skills and duties including professional, timely and accurate provision of information
- Provision of administrative support to ensure compliance of centres
- Commit to continuous improvement of the services by providing suggestions of improvements and efficiency of processes and procedures.
