**Project Scheduler** based in Gold Coast QLD, to join our client's team on a permanent full time basis.

**About the role**:

In this pivotal role, the Project Scheduler is responsible for meticulously coordinating and scheduling various trades, jobs, and clients across our operational regions. From the initial sales lead to project completion, our proficient scheduler utilizes our advanced project management software to streamline the entire process.
- Ongoing coordination with internal Field Staff
- Prompt attention to escalated issues relating to project schedules and purchase orders
- Constant communication with clients on job progress
- Representation of the company in line with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Completion and closeout with clients before referral of jobs to Accounts
- Agreement with clients on timing and access for renovation job starts
- Allocation of multiple trades across jobs
- Issue of confirmed purchase orders and scopes of work to allocated trades
