As the Security Manager you will collaborate and work with all technical resources/teams across the business with a view to overseeing all of the Security solutions and security analysts from an operational perspective. You will maintain the security stance through policy, architecture, and training processes. You will select the appropriate security solutions and have oversight of any vulnerability audits and assessments.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain the security architecture design.
- Work with stakeholders, Senior Managers to deliver set strategies
- Manage the security awareness training program.
- Maintain all security documents [policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures]
- Maintain and test all BCP & DR plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and awareness of new or revised Security Solutions.
- Oversee the deployment, integration and configuration of new security solutions and enhancements in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Supervise and investigate any problematic activity and provide updates to senior management on progress.
- Supervise the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, Pen tests & Security Audits.
- Provide regular security awareness training for all employees.

**Skills and experience required**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Information Security lead focused role, good knowledge of GRC.
- Knowledge of PSPF, ISM, NIST, & ISO2700 frameworks.
- Strong background in enterprise security architecture design.
- Strong background in creating enterprise security documents.
- Experience in creating/developing BCP & DR plans.
- Understanding of IP, TCP/IP, and other network protocols.
- Industry recognised certifications highly desirable - CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC or GIAC.
- Great communication, collaboration skills and abilities.
