**About the role**

The Finance Business Partner will report into the Commercial Finance Manager as well as having dotted reporting lines into several business units.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving adherence to business processes and EOM timelines
- Project Revenue / WIP management with a thorough understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Project Performance review and analysis
- Cost Centre review and overhead analysis
- Preparation of Budgets / Forecasts
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting full year audit / half year review
- Attend monthly Business Unit management meetings
- Close review of key KPIs (WIP, Work in Hand, Aged Debtors etc.)
- Provide business support on key financial systems, primarily Workday.
- Review and maintenance of Project Cost Rates
- Participate in Corporate initiatives at the direction of the Commercial Finance Manager and CFO.

**About You**
- Previous experience working as a Finance Business Partner.
- Workday experience advantageous.
- Degree qualified with CA/CPA or similar.
- Strong technical accounting skills & commercial acumen.
- Experience in Engineering services and/or mining, minerals or energy sectors an advantage.
- Understanding of project lifecycles.
- Advanced MS Excel & financial modelling skills.
- Strong communication skills
