- Hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
- Location: MATRAVILLE NSW 2036

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Assisting the HACCP Team Leader / SQF Practitioner
- Organise and maintain Food Safety system documentation (HACCP, SQF and other certifications)
- Assisting third party (external) audits and conducting internal audits
- Keeping up-to-date the Quality Policy Manual and Forms.
- Conducting monitoring, mock recalls and reviews as required (GMP )
- Assisting QA processes during new product development with Customers.
- Investigating and responding to Customer complaints
- Train all staff to Food safety, QA company standards and policies
- Liaise with Governmental agencies regarding food safety compliance
- Conducting quality inspection to product specification
- Records, analyses and reports on product quality and service

**About you**
- Food Technology and/or Science Qualification is desirable
- Experienced in HACCP principles, Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
- Industry background - food perishable products knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to work with a down to earth team culture with a ‘hands on attitude”
- Deal with issues in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
- High attention to details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 5 years (preferred)

- Italian (preferred)
