This leading privately owned Australian FMCG client who provides quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a determined and motivated "Customer complaints officer" to join their team. Our client’s goal is to provide their customers with excellent service.

**The role**
As Customer Complaints Officer the successful applicant will be responsible for a high level of customer service and developing and maintaining the customer relationship.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
- Exceeds customer expectations.
- Responsible for responding to and resolving all feedback received from customers.
- Ensuring the investigation of complaints thoroughly and within the time frame.
- Communicating respectfully and empathetically with complainants.
- Identifying concerns and ensuring accurate records of information.

**About you**
- Patience, confidence, great communication, and verbal skills are required.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Must have speed and accuracy typing skills and intermediate Microsoft skills.
- Good problem-solving and investigation skills.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and individually.
- Meeting KPIs.
- Must be a Permanent resident/Australian Citizen.
