The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) have a temporary opportunity in the Specialist Support Liaison team in CTP Assist to join our team for up to 12 months.

**About Us**

**Your day-to-day**
- Deliver complex case management including advisory support and information relating to dispute resolution options available under the NSW CTP Scheme.
- Capture, manage and resolve frontline claimant enquiries, complaints and facilitate escalation
of policy or pricing enquiries and complaints to ensure outcomes are achieved.

- Educate claimants and support work team on legislation, procedures, their rights and
responsibilities to improve community awareness.
- Provide advice and consultancy services for complex and/or sensitive claims to recommend
customers seek own third-party legal advice to facilitate appropriate claimant outcomes.
- Contribute to the identification of trends and promotion of available customer and stakeholder
support services to stakeholders to support continuous service improvements.
