- Modelling and Analytics Development:

- Design robust data models to support comprehensive analysis.
- Utilize tools like SQL and Power BI for analytical solutions development.
- Develop and maintain analytics tools and reports for effective decision-making.
- Collaboration and Insights:

- Collaborate across departments to develop analytical solutions.
- Derive insights from analysis results and communicate them effectively.
- Supervise staff managing Power BI reports and provide expert guidance.
- Governance and Literacy:

- Ensure governance and accuracy of analytical solutions.
- Enhance data literacy across departments for informed decision-making.
- Team Management and Development:

- Lead and develop the data team, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Training, Enablement, and Project Leadership:

- Oversee comprehensive user training and enablement programs.
- Lead data aspects of major projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in managing large datasets and developing analytical solutions.
