About the Role
The Property Transformation Manager describes and translates Group Property requirements into tangible outcomes. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing transformation projects within the Property Group and involves strategic planning, project management and collaboration within various stakeholders to enhance property value, efficiency, cost value and sustainability.

What will your day look like?
**The role is accountable for**:
Develop and implement transformation strategies for the ANZ property portfolios
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure initiatives are completed on schedule and within budget
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance property performance, process and procedures
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for property transformations and methodologies for how we manage the portfolio
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Foster relationships with key property and business stakeholders
Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes as it relates to transformation

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
Proven experience as a Property Transformation Manager or similar role
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Qualifications**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical context
Substantial experience in the technology industry
