Our client based in Fremantle is currently seeking a Legal Officer.

**Your new role**
As a Legal Officer your responsibilities will include:

- Steering committee management including, organizing meetings, agendas, reports and minutes
- Act as central point of contract in relation to project tasks
- Manage transfer and transition agreements
- Managing lease agreements

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Well demonstrated experienced in contracts and legal principles
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Experience working with lease agreements
- Experienced in records and information management
- Well demonstrated stakeholder communication skills
