**Gym / Club Manager - Gym**:

- Reports to: Regional Manager_

**About the Role**

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for fitness and member experience? We’re seeking a hands-on **Club Manager** to lead our team, drive sales, and ensure seamless club operations. **Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Team Leadership**
- Lead and mentor **Sales Managers** to achieve club sales targets.
- Guide **Personal Trainers** in reaching their individual performance goals.
- Conduct **daily sales meetings** and support lead-generation efforts.
- Monitor and report **PT uptake** to optimize engagement.

**Operations & Member Experience**
- Maintain a **clean, safe, and well-presented** club environment.
- Oversee **hourly gym floor and facility checks** to ensure quality standards.
- Supervise **cleaning staff**, manage supply orders, and uphold hygiene protocols.
- Ensure **equipment issues** are resolved within **24 hours**.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Process **daily transfers** and review lead status.
- Action **dashboard communications** efficiently.
- Complete **Medallia tasks** within **24 hours** to maintain service standards.
- Track **payroll and staff hours** to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate on **monthly P&L KPIs** and forecasting with leadership.

**Marketing & Retention**
- Develop **weekly social media content** aligned with branding guidelines.
- Implement **quarterly marketing & retention strategies**.
- Lead **weekly sales training sessions** and submit performance videos.
- Conduct **OD1 calls (3x weekly)** and enhance member retention efforts.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Monitor **club security**, including tailgate prevention and safety inspections.
- Maintain an **Anytime Safety score of 3**.
- Ensure strict adherence to **club policies and procedures**.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
