This is an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a Full-time Club Manager who is motivated, enthusiastic person to take on a challenging role of joining our fantastic team We have a high performing team already, so you are joining a group of colleagues all working alongside each other to drive the club to its highest potential.

You are the key person, being the face of the club and local community.

You will work closely with the Area Manager, Owners and team to create the most consistent, professional and engaging gym experience in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
- **As Club Manager, your focuses will be**:_
- Connect, inspire and build relationships with the members of the club.
- Generating new prospects by taking advantage of our awesome location, consistently marketing the club and building relationships in the community
- Following a strict call plan for new prospects and retention to ensure we "find a member and keep a member"
- Increasing membership by getting people into the club and joined-up
- Coming up with fun ways to keep members engaged and happy, in club
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and everything works, all the time
- Quality data entry and record keeping to ensure the best insights on club performance
- Running Group Training for members of the gym and other events within the club and local community

Specific gym management experience is not a necessity and the best training will be provided. We are looking for someone with who loves building relationships, understands sales, thinks they have something to learn from us and has a proven track record of execution and results.

The following qualifications will be required and we can help if you don't have these already:

- Senior First Aid & CPR
- Cert III/IV in fitness (we prefer that you are certified)
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
