An exciting and rare opportunity exists for an experience Customer Success Consultant based in Victoria to join the team during this period of growth where you can become a part of Realtair as we mature from a small startup to global leaders within the proptech industry. Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, the Customer Success Consultant is responsible acting as the primary customer contact and developing long lasting business relationships with our customers through open and interactive communication
**The Customer Success Consultant is responsible for**:
- Supporting the deep and successful adoption of our products, and to drive visible value aligned with our customer's business goals
- Handling complaints and proactively manage feedback to our product development teams, serving as an internal advocate for customers
- Analysing product and user engagement data to identify customers at risk of churning
- Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction with Realtair’s products and services by conducting regular health checks
- Liaising with customers about the renewal and upgrade of annual contracts and extensions to existing contracts
- Playing a critical role in the retention of new and existing customers
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and the health of their accounts
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Energy and passion for providing the best customer service - going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrated experience building client and internal stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management and customer management tools (for example Trello, Asana and/or CRM platforms)
- Real estate and/or customer success experience preferred but not essential
