**The Role**

Our Family and Child Connect team has an opportunity for a motivated and passionate Family Response Facilitator to join them. Located in Toowoomba this role will be Permanent Full-time position. This position provides quality service delivery to children, young people, families and the community within the Family and Child Connect Service (FaCC).

**To be eligible for this position you will require (Key Selection Criteria)**:

- 3 or 4 year tertiary qualification in Child Protection, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline.
- Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or open Driver Licence.
- A positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and the ability to obtain any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
- Evidence of current vaccination against COVID-19 and whooping cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, unless applicable exemption provided as per the relevant MC procedure.

This position offers a competitive annual salary between $77,578 in line with level 4.1 of our Enterprise Agreement (dependent on qualifications and experience). You can also increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing and other benefits available within our Enterprise Agreement.
