**What's the opportunity?**
- The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to drive the growth of our digital lending channel. Our digital channel is a core channel of our product offering and it will be your responsibility to work alongside a small team of experts to continually adapt, refresh and strategically enhance our offering to be the best in market.
- Reporting to our Head of Direct Lending and alongside our Marketing team, you will be a self-starter who loves data and who deploys customer-focused activities to drive performance outcomes at all levels of our digital channel.
- You will be used to getting things done and be open to trying new things, testing and learning with everything you do.
**What will you own?**
- Work with the Head of Direct Lending to develop the customer acquisition strategy for the digital channel across personal loans, car loans and cross selling to existing customers.
- Lead the go to market strategy and execution for product, feature, pricing and service enhancements for the digital channel.
- Manage creative and digital agencies in the development of new creative and content within budget and to campaign timelines.
- Drive the organic acquisition strategy including organic search, content development and website enhancements.
- Lead the experimentation and CRO program ensuring the continuous improvements of the conversion funnel. Key activities will include optimising creative, landing pages and customer communications to meet performance targets.
- Be a UX champion for customer needs and enable our product and engineering teams to build the best possible digital solutions across new customer acquisition and cross sell journeys.
- Own the Martech stack and roadmap, driving technology identification, implementation and usage where it delivers improvements in origination volumes or funnel efficiency. This includes ensuring we are; making the most of our existing Martech investments
- Develop reports and tools that provide a clear snapshot of performance, ROI and funnel health at any point in time, sharing these insights at regular intervals with the wider business.
- Implement team and company processes to help improve overall team effectiveness and efficiency.
**About You...**
- Be a data driven marketer with a strong logical and analytical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and growth through digital channels
- Demonstrated track record of improving the customer journey and website optimisation
- Preferably have financial services experience
- Have experience with paid media and paid search
- Experience with at least one other major marketing channel or platform
- Have knowledge of tracking performance campaigns
- Display strong advertising client management and relationship skills
