We have several contract Claims Officer roles with an international insurance organisation in their property team. You will join an established claims team on an initial 6-month contract. They are a friendly and supportive team where you will be offered training and the flexibility work from home a couple of days per well after your training is completed.

If you are immediately available or on a working holiday visa these roles would be a perfect opportunity to secure a contract which will see you through the Christmas period and beyond

As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for
- Managing a portfolio of property claims.
- Lodging claims, general claim management and settlement.
- General file management.
- Processing property and contents claims.
- Liaise with clients, other insurance companies, external providers, and recovery specialists.
- Effectively negotiate and settle claims in a timely fashion while managing costs.
- Report writing.

What we are looking for
- Experience managing property insurance claims or similar.
- Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of clients.
- Customer focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
- Strong administration skills with high accuracy levels.
