**Job Description**:
To provide efficient quality Food and Beverage services in line with park and NRMA standards to ensure the highest quality guest satisfaction levels at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a restaurant and or previous customer service experience.
- Outstanding guest relations and communications skills and the ability to relate to and host resort guests from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds.
- Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Ability to maintain control and composure in difficult situations..
- Internally motivated
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential.

Additional Information
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Have a sound knowledge of all menu items including beverages.
- Maintain flexible and willing attitude.
- All staff should remember regular guests and where possible address them by name.
- Constantly check that all tables are set up correctly.
- To greet guests in a polite and courteous manner.
- To attend to all guests’ requests and to immediately refer any problems that they cannot deal with back to their immediate supervisor.
- Food and Beverage attendants present in a professional, neat and tidy appearance,
- At all times you are required to comply with the house rules.
