**Job Description**:
KPMG’s **Commercial Advisory and Transactions** team provides commercial, financial, transaction management and strategic advice to clients for their major infrastructure projects. Our work spans all major infrastructure sectors: transport, energy, social infrastructure, real estate, and water projects.

Our team understands the challenges in delivering projects across the project lifecycle, and we thrive on this complexity. We are a market leader and have advised on some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects.

**Your Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for talented individuals to join our Brisbane **Commercial Advisory and Transactions team **at** **Senior Consultant, Manager and Associate Director **levels.

You will play a key role working as part of a team in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure transactions across every stage of the transaction lifecycle from business case through to transaction close.

**Your Experience**

You will bring skills and experience in the following areas:

- developing business cases for major infrastructure projects,
- advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis for major infrastructure projects,
- providing transaction management of major infrastructure projects,
- developing tender documentation and leading and managing tender processes for major infrastructure projects,
- developing key commercial principles, transaction documentation, and contracts,
- building financial models and conducting financial analysis of major infrastructure projects.

**About you**
- You will have gained relevant experience in a specialist infrastructure advisory environment (such as professional services firms, management consultancy, corporate advisory, government infrastructure delivery teams, government treasury departments, investment banking or infrastructure funds),
- You will have tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar discipline,
- You will have an ability to juggle competing demands and work as a team player in an energetic and results-based environment.
