As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a talented and energetic Associate Director for our Commercial Advisory team. We are looking for someone with experience in procurement, transaction management and contract management on major programs and projects. This role will be helping the largest projects across Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Real Estate and other sectors.
**Job Description**:

As senior member within our Commercial Advisory team, your role will primarily focus on ‘hands-on’ strategy development and delivery with clients.
In this role, you can expect to be involved in:
- Developing procurement strategies for our clients’ major projects and programs, helping to assure successful project outcomes and reduce delivery risks.
- Transaction management on major capital projects, effectively setting up projects and programs for success by leading the procurement process.
- Providing clients with expert contract management skills to support their projects, from initial contract set up through to managing variations and claims.
- Working with clients on projects that are failing to perform as planned, to identify commercial and project controls solutions that will lead to effective project or program recovery.
**Qualifications**:
- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
- Commercial Management experience preferably gained within the construction environment like Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Real Estate, etc.
- A strong and demonstrable experience in providing procurement and contract administration advice and an ability to manage and report directly into the client and their key stakeholder group at both project and programme level.
- Experience of working within a Client focussed consultancy environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written English with excellent report writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment.
