We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Service Desk Officer to join our Finance and IT Team.

Reporting into the Service Desk Team Lead, the IT Support Officer is a member of the Finance and IT team with the specific responsibility of providing L1 and L2 support to users in respect to IT hardware, software and networks.

**_Please note, regular travel to our regional sites in Colac will be required._**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Record and respond to all incoming helpdesk requests as per ITIL/ITSM framework.
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support to internal staff and external contractors.
- Imaging and rolling out of desktop and laptop computers and return of old PCs.
- Build images and validation of standard operating environment (SOE)
- User on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Support and co-ordinate the maintenance of IT Assets such as printers, switch, UPS etc.
- Setup and troubleshooting of mobile, Teams for audio and video conferencing.
- Support and maintain multi VLAN network infrastructure such as switches and access points.
- Asset management and tracking of all IT hardware and software
- Perform on-call out of hours support as required

**You will have**:

- MCP, MCSA or MCSE certification
- CCNA or equivalent certification
- ITIL foundation certification
- 2 years previous experience as IT Service Desk support role
- A recent Microsoft Certification with Office 365.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
- Experienced with virtualisation platforms and Azure Cloud.
- Experienced with managing key server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc).
- Experienced with managing network switches and access points.
- Experienced with PowerShell and VB scripts.
- Excellent communication (verbal and writing), presentation and negotiation skills.
