To make this happen, we have an incredible team of Managers, Team Leaders, House Leaders, Lifestyle Assistants and Youth Workers supporting our participants.

**About the Role**

As the **House Leader**, you will play a critical role in supporting the Service Delivery Manager, by overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the house for effective service delivery. This will include participant documentation, weekly/fortnightly stakeholder reporting, monitoring the house and client finances and all aspects of compliance, ensuring it aligns with Aspire Hub's expectations and legislation.

Additionally, you will guide, support and mentor Lifestyle Assistants and complete buddy shifts with new employees, setting them up to provide the highest quality care.

Above all, you will provide direct support to our participants ensuring that we deliver on our mission and values.

**About You**

You have a certificate III in Individual support or relevant qualifications and extensive and proven experience leading a house in a NDIS residential setting.

With your ability to build rapport with participants, stakeholders, management and employees and strong written and verbal communications skills, you are able to guide Lifestyle Assistants in the requirements of their role, provide timely information and support to the Service Delivery Manager, maintain daily operations of the house and ultimately provide quality support to our participants.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:
