**How will I help?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Support Manager in Procurement. In this role, you will support users of our Payments and Processing platform, Coupa, through a ticketing system.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Respond to end user system queries
- Ensure all end user issues resolved or escalated for support
- Be a liaison between Coupa users/tech support team and key stakeholders
- Providing support with testing, systems upgrade and change releases
- Liaise with outsourced support providers to manage user issuesSupporting continuous improvement activities

**What do I need?**
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management
- Experience in end user support of an enterprise system
- Working knowledge of support desk support systems and processesExperience with Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable systems desirable
