Currently we need some passionate Disability Support worker to support our NDIS participants in Wyndham vale residential house who has experience working in mental health area or has previously supported people with disability with challenging behavior.

**Job Summary**:
Provide comprehensive support in residential settings to individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions, focusing on those exhibiting challenging behavior.

Facilitate community integration and assist in daily living activities, aiming to enhance independence.

Aid in establishing routines and developing daily living skills.

Deliver activity programs designed to foster physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.

Deliver high-quality, personalized support to each client.

Complete all related administrative duties.

**Key Requirements**:

- Mandatory NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent experience in the disability sector.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check.
- Compliance with Australian visa work conditions.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
