**Outlets Manager | mercure Gold Coast Resort**

Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast. Overlooking the Oasis pool and the ninth hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, _The Green Dining_ restaurant and bar welcomes our guests.

Reporting to and working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Services Manager, this role is key to bring the Resort's casual dining concepts to life while leading and inspiring the team, instilling a culture of guest passion, and drive financial performance.

**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Drive team development and training in order for the delivery of warm and friendly service, striving for a workplace culture that alights with Accor's values,
- Working across _The Green Dining_ restaurant and bar, _The Cart Takeaway_ and the seasonal outlets; _Oasis Pool Bar _and the_ Sunset Deck_.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategise on new product and service offerings
- Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Assist in creating and distributing rosters and approving timesheets

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation,
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement, including the ability to train others on their "in trend" product knowledge for wine, cocktails, and barista skills,
- A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm,
- Computer literate with strong administration skills, with experience in ResDiary, Micros Applications and Opera PMS highly regarded,
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays,
- Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificates.
