The Company
We are the preferred supplier of aluminium windows; doors and curtain wall systems; joinery and stone to all commercial and residential builders, developers and local building material supply businesses. We run a rapidly growing, expanding business that rewards and values our staff. We look to employ our staff for the long term and provide opportunities for progression within the business. We are now opening a full-time opportunity for an experienced receptionist and administrator.
Working on a dual reception desk, your responsibilities will include not limited to:
- Prepare for meetings - setup, etc;
- Manage phone orders;
- Greet clients and assist accordingly;
- General office admin duties around office;
- Support daily function of reception desk;
- Admin support for pickup orders;
- arranging trades and job deliveries; sending reminders.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in front desk, hospitality;
- Confident and professional approach with superior customer service skill
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and openness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Self starter who can manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm ( 30mins lunch break ) Full time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
