**About us**:
Part of the GPC Asia Pacific family** Rare Spares** was originally founded in 1974, and is one of the most trusted, respected and recognised names in the automotive restoration market _and_ **Resto Country** specialise in replacement parts for a large range of older model cars, which predominantly include Holden Kingswood, Commodores, and early Fords.

**The role**:
The main purpose is to record the receipts (debtors) for Rare Spares Automotive and the payments (creditors) for Resto Country on a daily basis. It will include all receipts received either via the bank statement or by mail (infrequent) and invoices from various sources within the company.

**Duties Include**:

- Producing bank statements and the reconciliation of bank accounts for Rare Spares & Resto Country.
- All accounts payable for Resto Country. Entering invoices, reconciliation of accounts and making payments. (Xero software is used by Resto Country)
- Debt Collection
- Management of customer accounts (amendments) as required.
- Preparation of and posting monthly journals for debtors as required.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.

**About you**:

- Accounts payable/receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills & phone manner
- Administration experience and data entry skills
- Exposure to Xero Software
