**The Role**:
As a **Hospitality Manager**, you'll be expected to:

- **Work nights and weekends**, ensuring seamless operations and a great guest experience.
- Manage daily venue operations with an emphasis on **service, ambience, and beverage offerings**.
- Oversee **large function rooms**, creating memorable experiences for **“The Occasion”**.
- Drive sales, **manage staff**, and ensure smooth operations in all aspects of the venue.

**Requirements**:

- A **valid visa** to work in Australia for the probation period of **6 months minimum**.
- Previous professional experience in **Hospitality Management** (preferred, but not essential).
- **Onshore applicants only** - you must already be living in Australia to apply.
- Ability to work towards developing the required skills and experience to meet **Government requirements** for the 482 TSS Visa.
