**The Opportunity**

We are scaling incredibly quickly (introducing new products and categories to the market) so we are looking for a talented SEM Specialist to join our marketing function to bring new ideas and be a proactive contributor to a high performing team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- SEM Strategy definition and execution (in coordination with Digital Manager)
- Efficient management of Paid Search & Shopping campaigns
- Responsible for the SEM sales performance and customer acquisition targets (within the targeted CPA and ROAS)
- New campaign builds as product range and category expands
- Test and optimise automation settings, bids, keywords, text ads, ad extensions, product feeds, and landing pages to improve performance
- Ensure our PPC campaigns are best-in-class in set-up and performance
- Coordinate with other team members to support commercial and promotional initiatives on a weekly basis
- Trend spotting (finding new search trends, that helps us offer our customers the products they want)
- Be on top of competition activities and provide strategy recommendations.
- Proactively find new opportunities and areas of improvement within the account, analyse and optimise accordingly, and report on any interesting findings to marketing and other parts of business.
- Keep up-to-date with innovations and best practices within the PPC industry (Google & Bing), assess and implement new features or changes where relevant.

**Your Ideal Experience**:

- A minimum 2 years’ experience in Paid Search with a track record of developing, implementing and optimising high-performing campaigns (e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Advanced AdWords Editor knowledge
- Google Ads Certified & Search Ads 360 Certified would be extremely valuable
- Experience in using data-driven analysis to identify insights and solve problems at scale
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, vlookup’s, macros)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience with third party PPC bidding platforms highly regarded
- Able to analyse large datasets to gain insights and make confident recommendations
- Google Ads Scripts and Search Ads 360 experience (Business Data, Templates, Inventory Management) is a plus
- Highly motivated, action-oriented individual who craves ownership, responsibility, and outcomes
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work required to achieve outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills: demonstrated ability to work closely with others, both within and across functions to achieve shared objectives
- Commercial acumen
