**Position Summary**
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of support to the HR function across MP Franna, MP Jaques and AWP Genie. You will own specific HR processes and act as back up for the Payroll function.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support in the day-to-day HR transactional tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Support the activities of the HR Department, including but not limited to, recruitment, training coordination, policy/procedure and HR form administration, employment contracts, system maintenance, data entry, HRIS system maintenance, remuneration and communication.
- Assist with the on-boarding process by collating new starter packs, creating personnel files, maintaining records, assisting with induction programs and post-employment reviews.
- Generate and analyse reports for the HR function.
- Assist with service, recognition, all hands and community activities.
- Facilitate pre-employment right to work checks (ie: medical’s, visa’s etc).

**Position Qualifications**
- Cert 4 or Diploma in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated human resources experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HRIS systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Able to research, gather and interpret relevant HR information from accredited sources.
- Function independently within context of day-to-day activities.
- Ability to maintain a balance of confidentiality & professionalism whilst being approachable and displaying integrity.
