- **Building strong trusted relationships with Advisers and clients;**:

- **Assist Advisers with preparation for clients meetings;**:

- **Liaising with product providers;**:

- **Managing office FDS and Renewal obligations;**:

- **Managing Adviser calendars and client bookings;**:

- **Traditional and social media marketing; and**:

- **General office/reception duties.**

**Skills & Experience**
- **Experience in the financial industry preferred;**:

- **Experience in dealing with clients;**:

- **Impeccable organisational and time management skills as well as an eye for detail;**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills; and**:

- **A genuine appreciation and desire to deliver exceptional client service.****
