Facility Coordinator/ Caretaker

**Role**
Our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services team has an opportunity for a Caretaker/ Facility Coordinator to join our teams at Aveley Secondary College on a Fixed full-time basis.
**About You**
- Experience in trade services or similar
- A good communicator who can follow instructions and is willing to learn.
- Supervise a fast yet efficient service and is responsive to the demands and needs of our customers.
- Managing a team of employees within a cleaning environment (desirable)
- Ability to work unsupervised.
