**The role**:
Last year, NAB announced the acquisition of Citigroup's Australian consumer business. Citigroup Australia is known for its credit card business, deposits business, mortgages and dedicated private wealth business. The acquisition supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. NAB mobilised an integration team to support the transition of Citigroup Australia into NAB's Personal Banking Division and subsequent amalgamation of both businesses.

We have an opportunity for a Technology Delivery Manager to lead the technical delivery of the program's releases.

This role will connect the dots across the release trains and Asset teams during the delivery lifecycle. This includes ensuring that the solution design and tech dependencies are well understood, and that the right stakeholders all understand the flow.

**The role and day to day will include**:

- Be the problem solver for the release train and ensure any technical issues are triaged and resolved.
- Monitor, maintain and measure PE horizon view for Epics, features, and stories within the business outcome.
- Own level squad capacity planning and analysis.
- Act as the escalation point for the squad team.
- Manage the NAB Tech Asset team engagement and strong management of dependencies across different teams and domains.
- Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in testing according to the project plan and gain acceptance of deliverables into production.
- Facilitate delivery of the business outcomes to enable the project sponsor to realise return on investment by developing and maintaining project resource and work plans.
- Ensure all risks and issues are identified and communicated to the senior leadership team.

**What you will bring**:

- Industry experience in the banking and financial services domain.
- Extensive background in the cards and/or payments field.
- Knowledge of Unsecured Lending products.
- Proven background in delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Proved background in complex Technology programs along with technical expertise.
- Experience working in complex environments with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and coach people to achieve successful outcomes.
- Solid technology and business knowledge.
- Strong technical, architecture and solution skills.
- A strong understanding in project management methodologies, tools, and processes across the project lifecycle, in particular the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
- Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to consult with senior business and technology management.
