**What will you be doing?**
- Conduct high volume account reconciliations.
- Make collection calls to ensure timely payments and improve accounts receivable aging.
- Assist with month-end accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Analyse and implement continuous process improvements to optimize receivables.
- Conduct receivable audits, provide education and development to field personnel, and deliver presentations on receivable analysis.
- Examine collection policies and processes for compliance, problem-solve, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Assist in managing and maintaining a professional collection infrastructure in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the regional controller on receivable goals and objectives, timely management reporting, project and customer risk analysis, and coordination of corrective action plans.
- Collate monthly claims and submit through customer portals or accounts as necessary.

**_What are we looking for? _**
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics or in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role, within a large construction and/or service industry
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player focused on growth and driving a constructive culture.
- Prior experience in using SAP (preferred) and Intermediate MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, commercial environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
