We need a person with a Masters or higher degree who is proficient in evaluating and analysing our current operational and organisational systems and making recommendations on the most efficient use of our resources. The role demands a keen analytical mind capable of deriving insights, identifying growth opportunities, and crafting strategies to expand our business.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To understand the intricacies of our current organisation system
- Discuss with management with regard to our objective and intention to expand the number and size of retail outlets particularly in Western Australia
- Observe the various systems, procedures and methods currently adopted by the business, and discuss the reasoning behind the current system with the relevant staff
- Identifying any gaps and shortcomings in the methods and procedures
- Constantly reviewing and analysing existing methods and systems, and producing detailed reports for the management offering critical insights in the procedures and methods
- Recommending data-driven solutions and strategies to the administrative, financial, marketing and product development teams to improve productivity
- Advising management on the most efficient operating procedures which can be seamlessly replicated in the current and future new stores
- Assisting the relevant staff in implementing the approved recommendations and issuing revised and easy-to-follow instructions and procedure manuals

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
