So we’re super glad you’re here. **What you'll do**: We're looking for an Operations Lead to spearhead our Greener operations, ensuring all our processes are efficiently streamlined and automated so we can run faster to end climate change together. You'll lead all of our projects, big and small, internally and externally, with our key partners, from planning to execution. As we're a lean start-up team, you'll champion customer support, addressing any needs that arise, and drive improvements. We'd also love you to be our Greener Culture Ambassador, where you'll contribute to our culture, from onboarding to arranging our Greener team events. **Your day-to-day may look a little like this**: **Operations Management**: - Drive scalable growth by refining our operational processes. - Coordinate team collaborations to enhance productivity and innovation. - Manage office operations and logistics, ensuring a smooth daily workflow. - Oversee employee engagement, including team events and feedback mechanisms. **Project Management**: - Develop detailed project plans, aligning with Greener goals and partner requirements. - Manage project budgets and resources efficiently. - Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables are met on time. **Customer Support**: - Oversee all customer support channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries. - Continuously evolve our support policies to meet customer needs better - Regularly report on customer support performance metrics and SLAs **You could be the one if ** - **You've excelled in Start-up Environments or similar before.** You're adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and can navigate a fast-evolving start-up landscape's unique challenges and opportunities. You're not just open to change; you embrace and drive it. - **You have a track record of creating efficient, scalable operational frameworks.** You're adept at identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity. - **Have experience managing multi-stakeholder projects**: You're seasoned in orchestrating projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders. You excel in ensuring all parties are aligned and objectives are met within the constraints of time and resources. - **You have a passion for Customer Experience**: You’re committed to enhancing customer interactions and continuously improving their journey and experience with the company.
