**The Position**
- **Perth based**:

We are currently looking for an
**Office**
**Maintenance / Peggy** to join our team in Kwinana, and provide maintenance support to one of our largest and most exciting south metro projects, the Kwinana Battery Energy Storage System (KBESS).

The KBESS project represents the first major grid-connected battery energy storage system in Western Australia, and will provide additional security and stability to Western Australian’s power system

The roster will be Monday to Friday, and home every night. Reporting directly to the Project Manager the
**Office**
**Maintenance / Peggy** will be responsible for:

- Maintain housekeeping to a high standard including cleaning of common areas, amenities, offices and ablution blocks as required.
- Assist with maintenance of stock levels onsite including cleaning materials and consumables.
- Collection of tools, materials and PPE as required.

**About You**
- A positive energetic personality with the ability to get the job done in a timely manner.
- Ability to work safely and understand best practice in a construction environment, with a demonstrated safety commitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver's License - "C" Class.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Construction Industry Induction White Card
- Immediate Start (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Hepatitis B Vaccine (essential)
