Contract Supervisor

This role will work with a team of various disciplines to provide safe, reliable and efficient expertise to the Project Teams.
**About the role**
- The Kwinana Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing Supervision and coordination of Leading Hands, labour and equipment to ensure completion of all terminal maintenance work in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. The position reporting to the Kwinana Terminal Maintenance Lead will manage all Planned, Reactive and Breakdown Mechanical Terminal Maintenance.-
- Day to day planning and coordination of resources, equipment and tooling to conduct the work in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner-
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with the procedures and quality standards as defined by the contract maintenance program-
- Support the Maintenance Planner in developing and updating Job Work Packs required for the maintenance tasks-
- Source and manage the coordination of Sub-Contractors to complete specialised packages of work where requiredWork collaboratively with maintenance and project team ensuring completion of design deliverables safely while maintaining technical accuracy, quality, budget and schedule**About you**
- To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded:
- Minimum 10 years’ Mechanical experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or Fuel Terminal maintenance environment-
- Working knowledge of CMMS (Mainpac), SAP, MS Project and MS Office-
- Sound knowledge of safety, quality, construction or maintenance procedures and requirements-
- Proven experience managing and leading teams as wee as subcontractor management-
