**The Opportunity**:
As the Product Owner, Scheme, this role will see you make a strong contribution to the ongoing operations of the ConnectID scheme, and support refinement and change in the scheme over time.

Working with the broader Product & Scheme team, you will help manage the day-to-day governance of all participants in the ConnectID network, including participant compliance and interaction, preparation of industry and governance meetings and management of scheme releases.

You’ll also help develop both scheme and internal documentation, policies and processes to support a robust risk culture in the business. This includes working across the wider Australian Payments Plus group.

ConnectID is Australia’s newest ecosystem, and this is a fantastic opportunity to come in and help shape the scheme operations and governance.

**The core responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Governance
- Scheme Releases
- Scheme Management
- Participant Interaction
- Internal and external stakeholder relationship management.

**The success profile we’re seeking are**:

- Deep experience in scheme management, compliance or governance roles within an identity, Payments or similar scheme.
- Robust experience working in a financial services or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications, including formal notices and papers.
- Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders in large organisations.
- Positive approach to ‘get the job done’.
