We are recruiting for a Retirement Propositions Manager to join a Superannuation fund where you will have agency in defining the strategy and bringing that to life.

Working closely with a number of departments internally, you will be responsible for:

- Reviewing the current strategy, identifying and driving changes for implementation.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business as it pertains to all things retirement.
- Identifying and ultimately designing a proposition that is fit for purpose, is in members best interest, and is within the legislative frameworks.
- Supporting the fund through this next stage of its growth.

- Mix of technical skills and creativity.

Attributes of the right person:

- Previous experience working in Product in either Superannuation or Retirement, or experience that is closely related to this.
- A desire to have ownership and agency.
- A passion for and interest in Retirement and in defining what that will look like for members.

This is a role that offers diversity, where you’ll be working with a great team of people in defining the strategy for retirement for the members of the fund.
