PEER, in collaboration with the Commonwealth and Australian Governments, are excited to offer South Australian women an outstanding opportunity to step into a dynamic and rewarding career pathway through a **12-month, paid Certificate III traineeship** - combining study, real-world experience, and mentorship.

Through a mix of on-campus study at TAFE SA (Regency Park) and practical work placements with leading employers in the defence industry in various locations in SA, you’ll gain the skills, experience, and confidence to thrive.

**Explore Your Passions** - Get hands-on experience across administration, IT, cyber security, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and technical drawing (CAD).

**Eligibility Requirements**:

- Australian citizenship is required (for security clearance purposes)
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance, Baseline Security Check, and a medical including drug and alcohol screening
