Fitter

Our client is one of Australia's most experienced and diverse roofing companies manufacturing quality concrete and terracotta roof tiles in Australia. The role is working on a 2-week rotating roster across day and afternoon shifts, 5am starts for day shifts and 1pm starts for afternoon shifts. Overtime is offered where required.

**The Role**:
Based in their Rosehill warehouse, they are needing fitters assist with product manufacturing and machine operation including breakdown, adjustment, setting and factory maintenance of machines. Other tasks may include:

- Machine Operation
- Stick Tac and MIG Welding
- Oxy cutting and brazing
- General labouring and warehouse duties

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must be a trade qualified certificate with fitter experience
- Stick tac and MIG welding experience
- Oxy cutting and brazing experience
- Conveyor experience
- Preferred experience in fabrication and machining
- Forklift licence with experience ideal
- Experience working in confined spaces and at heights ideal but not essential
- Have a hardworking, self-motivated attitude
- Strong understanding of manual handling and WHS awareness
- A good level of physical fitness
- Available to work a 2-week rotating roster across day and afternoon shifts
