**YOUR ROLE**

We are currently seeking a **Field Service Supervisor** based at our Rosehill branch to provide professional service and support for FRSA customers by performing workshop and field service installation, commissioning, repairs and maintenance of a variety of emergency response equipment. This role is also responsible for supervising Service Technicians in the areas of workflow efficiency, job allocation, forecasting works, quotations and associated spare parts ordering, internal equipment servicing and calibration and mentoring of Service Technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the attainment of the annual service target for NSW
- Ensure that equipment is services and repaired in accordance with OEM specifications
- Provide Technical and Operational support to our customer base
- Weekly reports on operation activities and revenues
- Collaborate with Australia wide team to achieve overall FRSA Targets

**OUR IDEAL PERSON**

We are looking for individuals with a high level of initiative and self-motivation who can hit the ground running. Having worked in a similar role, you will have the proven technical skills to effectively maintain, install, repair, test, and commission emergency response equipment, as well as strong communication skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders. A strong focus on accuracy and compliancy towards manufacturer requirements is also a must.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

- Competence and knowledge to demonstrate and train the use of specific equipment
- Proven ability to maintain, install, repair, test and commission emergency response equipment on and off site
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders
- A high-level initiative and self-motivation
- Capability to diagnose malfunctions and problem solve
- Demonstrate accuracy, knowledge of emergency response equipment and compliance towards manufacturers requirements and guidelines
- Demonstrate performance management by planning, prioritising time, workload and trouble shooting
- Computer literacy e.g. Excel, Work and Outlook

Whilst not essential previous exposure as below would be an advantage:

- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Prior experience in a similar role with transferrable skills
- Industry Experience
- Supervisory and Leadership Experience
- Mechanical acumen/tradesman/mechanical fitter background/qualification
