**We are looking for**:
Someone who can bring a proven sales track record and unparalleled commercial skills to our Team. You will be joining an energetic and driven team who are motivated by helping their clients achieve their performance and sustainability goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage large frame service functions, meeting customer expectations and budget requirements.
- Oversee quoting, job cards, and invoicing processes.
- Organize service work, ensuring technical resources and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with customers for service booking and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists.
- Ensure financial management and operational standards are exceeded within your scope.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record managing businesses with a turnover of over $2 million annually.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of the marine industry.
- Valid WA Driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
**Desirable**:
- Experience in a similar role within the marine or related industries.
