We are seeking an experienced and motivated HSE Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices across our operations.

**The Role**
As a HSE Manager at our Belmont branch you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our current HSE systems to ensure effective management and continuous improvement.

Duties in this role include but are not limited to:

- Ensure WHS compliance with laws and company policies
- Innovate for continuous safety improvement
- Develop and revise safety policies and procedures
- Investigate and report safety incidents
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and promote reporting

**What are we looking for?**
- Relevant qualification in WHS
- Strong safety, quality, and training experience
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience in WHS investigation
- Drug and alcohol testing and screening (highly desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
- Return-to-work qualification (highly desirable)
