**Job Description** About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our Retail Marketing team in the role of Marketing Coordinator based at our office in North Ryde. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of category specific marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social, PR and in-store channels.

**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:
Supported by a high performing team of dedicated marketing professionals, your daily tasks will include:

- Supporting the development and execution of marketing plans for category campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Working across marketing, category, and insights to understand and define problems to solve as the foundation to marketing and commercial plans.
- Supporting end-to-end campaign process from brief to dispatch, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about campaign progress and deliverables.
- Working with internal design team and external creative and media agencies to deliver campaign objectives.
- Working with category and insights to report on results and actionable insights of each campaign
- Working with 3rd party suppliers, where relevant to bring category campaigns to life.

**Qualifications** About you**
- Detail oriented and highly organised
- Calm under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced work environment
- A collaborative team player
- Creative, curious with a strong desire to learn
- Degree qualified (or working towards) in marketing, or related field
- Ideally have at least one year’s experience/exposure in a retail marketing or related role
