**The role**

**Reporting to the Executive Manager - Specialist Services, your day-to-day, responsibilities will include**:

- End to end property & tenancy management for approx. 80 brand new apartments across our portfolio
- Resident engagement activities to support NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards.
- Attendance at stakeholder engagement meetings, disability expos and conferences

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Certificate of registration or real estate license
- Proven experience in end-to-end residential Property Management
- Exceptional communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a provider of disability accommodation or tenancy services or related discipline in NDIS sector (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and the people we support.
- Flexibility and mobility to undertake business travel as required from the Brisbane to Gold Coast region
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in particular WORD, Excel and Outlook
- Unrestricted NSW driver's licence
- Report writing skills
- NDIS Worker's Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
