**About the Role**:
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Interior Designer, ideally with some experience in the Healthcare sector, who has worked hard to establish a solid foundation and is now looking for the next step up in their career. This is an outstanding opportunity for a discerning designer to leverage their experience and join our growing National Interior Design team as we continue to produce award winning designs.

Our Interior Design team work on projects individually and as a team, managing a project from end to end, including basic

documentation in Revit across multiple sectors including healthcare, workspace, commercial, education, and retirement living, so any experience in these sectors will be highly regarded.

Vital to our success is our ability to communicate designs and ideas through all mediums including Revit and Enscape, Indesign, Photoshop, Sketchup and more progressive design technology including VR.

Our leaders are amazing mentors and genuinely passionate about assisting those starting out in the industry to grow and flourish. We have a formal mentoring program that sets you up with a Partner and Associate level mentor to continually help guide you and set you up for success. We also have clear pathways of progression and meet twice a year formally to review your progress and map out goals to ensure your ongoing career development.

Our Brisbane studio is in the creative heart of Brisbane just off James Street in Fortitude Valley. With close access to trains and buses as well as an onsite shower you can also ride, run or skate to work with ease. The team in Brisbane are a fun-loving, tight-knit group, and you would be welcomed warmly into the fold.

We have also embraced a Hybrid Working Model, encouraging a mixture of working in the Studio and remotely, to enable you to be as efficient as possible.

**General Duties**:

- Contribute to all project phases: concept design, space planning, design development, documentation, on-site construction management and contract administration
- Contribute to client briefings, workshops, design, and design development
- Create designs and documentation packages in Revit
- Prepare presentations and communicate designs in multiple forms including Revit, Enscape, Indesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, VR, etc.
- Work cohesively in a small and larger team

**About You**:
You are passionate about design and thrive on collaboration and outcome-driven work. Ideally, you have previous experience on healthcare projects, and are familiar with the nuances this type of work demands (although experience in any of our sectors will be highly regarded). Having already proven yourself as an imaginative designer with the right work ethic, you are now looking to take a step up and work on large-scale, complex, and rewarding projects.

As a national Revit firm, you will need strong Revit skills and an ability to produce drawings up to an acceptable level for design development.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial interior design practice or environment, ideally with some Healthcare, Commercial or Education experience
- Solid Revit skills
- Ability to contribute to all project phases: concept design, space planning, design development, documentation to on-site construction management and contract administration
- A good understanding of the fundamental BCA’s and related building regulations and specifications
- Strong presentation and rendering skills; Sketch-up, Indesign, Photoshop, Enscape, Rhino, Office Suite will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with team members, consultants, and clients
- Demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to projects
- Take personal pride and accountability in your work
- The capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work on more than one project as required
