We have an exciting opportunity for part-time team members to join our team as Customer Service Superstars We have opportunities available in our Gaming team.

The purpose of this role is to:

- Create memorable experiences for our customers
- Educate our customers about what’s on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards
- Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
- Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
- Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling)
- Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
- Be willing and able to work in a variety of areas within the club
- Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club
- Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome

**To succeed in this role you’ll have**:

- Flexible and adaptable nature across the Club's operating hours as split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays will be required
- Previous experience working in hospitality
- Current RSA and RCG certificates, ARCG preferred (not essential)
