**About the Role**

In this diverse and varied role, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and assessing operational systems including electrical, gas, catering and mechanical equipment
- Undertaking general repairs and maintenance as well as preventative programs throughout the facility
- Presentation and upkeep of club facilities and public areas.
- General building maintenance covering cleaning, painting, fixing of fixtures, repairs and maintenance to existing installations and new installations
- Daily, weekly & monthly preventative maintenance tasks.
- Responding to breakdowns, emergencies and trouble shooting
- Ensure response and action of maintenance requests in an appropriate time frame.
- Use of a wide range of hand tools and power tools.
- Electrical tagging of plant and equipment as required

**About You**

To be successful you will have previous experience in building maintenance and knowledge of all things work health and safety. Experience with catering equipment or in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded as will trade skills/qualifications. In addition you will have:

- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- A full drivers licence
- You must be well presented and have great communication skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards of workmanship
- Strong Organisational skills and time management skills
- Passion for providing a great customer experience
- Previous property maintenance and/or trade experience
